About Juniper Holistic Therapies
Originally I worked in the third sector as an event organiser, and loved this for many years. After having children I realised I wanted something different. A chance encounter with an old acquaintance led me on a path to study reflexology, and the rest is history.
Our Mission
I love all things holistic and believe the body has the most amazing capacity to heal itself. My very first Saturday job was working in a complementary health shop in a small town in the north of Scotland where I grew up. I was responsible for organising the shelves of herbal teas and remedies and also labeling the bottles of essential oils that they bottled there in the shop. I found it all fascinating how these complementary therapies can work alongside and enhance traditional western medicine. Fast forward to today, I am a qualified reflexologist, specialising in fertility and pregnancy reflexology and looking to add more holistic therapies to my offering in the very near future.
Our Services
I offer reflexology and fertility and pregnancy reflexology at present. I work from my home treatment room as well as from the comfort of your own home (location dependent).
Current Qualifications
Diploma in Clinical Reflexology with Distinction, 2022
Studying with with Complementary Therapy School credit rated by Napier University. A one year course gaining 80 university credits at level 5 (level 8 Scotland).
Certificate in ReproflexologyTM – Reproductive Reflexology 2025
I am a member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists and fully qualified in Reproflexology™. This specialism of reflexology looks at understanding causes of fertility difficulties in both men and women, ovulation, medical tests undertaken by clients, and how to work with fertility and subfertility. It also focuses on advanced testing available for men and women and working with medicated cycles, IUI and IVF. It can be a highly effective in helping harmonising your hormones if you have a reproductive health condition or are trying to conceive.
Maternity Reflexology Post-Graduate Certificate Course - working towards this
Maternity Reflexology with Suzanne Enzer; Soul to Soul Reflexology is an extremely indepth training providing qualified reflexologists with a knowledge of women's fertility, pre-conception, pregnancy, childbirth and postnatal experience. The two day in person course and assessments have been completed and now I am completing case studies under the mentorship of Jenni Tribe RGN RM DipHE AoR PRM AoRM.
